Directions for Use
DO NOT BOIL HERBS WITH WATER!! Boiling the herbs will release too many tannins at once, causing the tea to become bitter. Instead, boil 2-4 cups of spring water separately while you prepare 1-2 tablespoons of herbs in the provided tea ball infuser. Place tea ball infuser in a large glass pot, pitcher or cup, pour boiling water over your herbs, and allow tea to steep and cool for at least 5 minutes. To enjoy a cold brew simply add the cooled mixture (or fresh spring water) into a glass bottle or pitcher, place in the fridge, and allow tea ball infuser to steep for 2-6 hours for a deeper flavor infusion. Add raw agave or date syrup, if needed, and enjoy!
